1. About TeachyTool
TeachyTool is a free grading tool for teachers. You can record scores, compute grades, analyze exams, keep notes, and plan tasks. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
Please give your real name and a working email address. Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone else is using it, tell us right away.
3. Your data is your responsibility
You own the classes, learner names, scores, and notes you enter. You are responsible for having the right to enter them, and for following your school's rules and the law about learner information. Enter only the learner details you really need.
4. Please check your grades
TeachyTool computes grades for you, but it is a helper tool, not an official school record. Always check the results before you submit or report them. The grade simulator only creates example scores. It is not real learner data.
5. Share links
You can create a link that shows a read-only view of a class's grades. Anyone who has the link can see that view. Share it only with people who should see it.
6. What you must not do
Do not use TeachyTool to break the law, to harm others, or to attack or overload the app. Do not try to get into accounts or data that are not yours.
7. No guarantee
TeachyTool is free and is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and correct, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the app, so please keep your own copy of important records (for example, by using the export feature).
8. Suspending or closing accounts
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using TeachyTool at any time. To ask us to delete your account, contact us using the details below.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and the app from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date on this page. If you keep using TeachyTool after a change, it means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
